We visit you for an initial consultation meeting free of charge. We discuss your aspirations for your new garden and give our initial feedback.
Following our initial meeting, we e-mail you a Design Brief and Fee Quotation. This written agreement sets out what we are looking to achieve in the design of your new garden and our fee to carry out the design work.
We visit you to carry out a detailed site survey. This is a measured and photographic survey of your existing garden and house edge. This is also a great opportunity to discuss any further queries you may have at this stage.
We dedicate significant time to ensure your garden design is perfect for you. We present to you high quality 3D visuals of the design so you can really experience the space. We also provide an Outline Estimate for construction works to help you make informed choices about your budget. You will also receive material samples and/or photographs as appropriate.
At this stage you can either move forward with a construction contract and we’ll guide you through the planting and detailed design free of charge OR you can opt for a Masterplan. The Masterplan is a 2D scaled colour drawing showing in detail all the planting and aspects of the design for construction.
We agree the construction contract, planting and finer details of the design. We will provide a lighting schematic free of charge for our recommended electrician to quote from.
Our in-house construction team will execute your new garden to perfection. Leandros is on-site every day to manage and ensure important decisions are made by a designer. The Langlea team are knowledgeable, trustworthy enthusiastic professionals who you will enjoy spending time with!
